<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing bread. More particularly, the invention relates to a method for producing a bread wherein water is replaced with a medicinal herbal tea, thus produces an effect for adult diseases, in particular the use of sugar, which causes a blood glucose to rise, is suppressed, so diabetic patients can eat the bread without a concern about a blood sugar, a reluctance of consumers about silkworm is eliminated and thus a texture and a preference of the bread are improved, and digestion is facilitated.</p> |
