The present invention relates to a reverse osmosis membrane with an excellent boron removal performance and a production method thereof. More particularly, the invention shows an excellent performance to remove a salt, a non-electrolytic organic compound, and a non-ionized compound while maintaining a relatively high flow rate compared with a reverse osmosis membrane. In particular, highly efficient boron removal has been realized and remarkably excellent stain resistance property has been achieved. Accordingly, the invention is useful as a membrane for water treatment. Further, the invention can be produced at lower cost compared with other reverse osmosis membranes and thus highly advantageous for mass production.
