The present invention relates to a system, a method, and a device for monitoring a bio-signal of a driver in a vehicle to monitor the physical condition of a driver from a bio-signal of the driver and to run a follow-up operation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for monitoring a bio-signal of a driver in a vehicle includes: a bionic sensor installed in a vehicle to sense a bio-signal from a driver; and the device for monitoring a bio-signal to be provided in the form of an infotainment device installed in a vehicle. The device for monitoring a bio-signal includes: a display to output an image; a communication module to communicate with an external device; a bio-signal obtaining module to amplify an analogue bio-signal and to remove noise from the bio-signal in order to output a digital bio-signal; and a controller to determine the physical condition of the driver based on the bio-signal and to operate the vehicle.
