Provided are a touch screen panel which can increase reliability, and reducing the number of manufacturing processes by preventing electrode corrosion and adhesion degradation of a touch screen, and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch screen panel includes a first transparent electrode layer including a touch pattern; a wire layer formed on the first transparent electrode layer, and connected to the touch pattern; a second transparent electrode layer formed on the wire layer and contacting with the first transparent electrode layer; and a encapsulation structure formed on at least one side of the contacting first transparent electrode layer and second transparent electrode layer, and protecting the wire layer by encapsulation.
