<p>A menstruation, fertility, medication or treatment planner comprising two circular disks or wheels which are rotatable with respect to one another about a central joining pin, stud or like fastening, the rear disk being larger than the front disk and having segments marked with numbers representing the days of the month, the front disk situated on top of the rear disk and having 31 numbered segments corresponding to the days of the menstruation cycle wherein day one is the onset of bleeding. In use, the front disk is set by moving it to align day one on the front disk with the appropriate day of the month on the rear disk. The disks can be cut and folded, if necessary to reduce the number of days in the month from 31 to the appropriate number and held in this setting using hook and loop fastening B. Instructions may be hand written in the segments of the inner disk to correspond to a schedule of treatments, activities, etc, as appropriate.</p> |
