<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety mechanism which prevents electrical shock and electrical leakage and can inexpensively be manufactured with a simple structure in an electric vehicle charger. <P>SOLUTION: When a main power supply switch 1 is turned on and is conducted, power is supplied to an output terminal 6 via a main wire M and at least voltage is detected in the main wire M by a voltage input terminal 31 of a disconnection detection device 3. When a current input terminal 32 detects that a current value in the main wire M is smaller than a previously set current value, a disconnection signal S is outputted indicating that an on-vehicle battery V is not conducted from the output terminal 6. The disconnection signal S is received by a timer relay device 4 and a conduction route is switched after prescribed time elapses so as to drive an electromagnetic open/close-type switch 2 to an OFF-side so that conduction to the main wire M is interrupted and an alarm state is displayed by an alarm device 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
