<p>The device is designed for cleaning of petroleum products storage tanks and can be applied in facilities where such products are produced and/or sold. This is a mobile optimized device with universal application that can work in small as well as in large tanks and in horizontal as well as in vertical tanks. The device includes a washing unit mounted on trolley [1 ], control unit [27], high-pressure water pump [36] connected to clean water tank [34] and processed water pump [33] connected to processed water tank [35], monitoring unit [28] connected to cameras [15] mounted on the trolley [1]. The trolley [1] comprises support structure, frame [4], running gear and drive train with pneumatic motors [8] connected by means of belt transmission [9] to drive shafts [12]. The pneumatic motors [8] are also connected to air compressor [26] and to the control unit [27]. The washing unit includes support [17] fixed stationary to the frame [4], and in the upper end connected to washing head [5] which is connected through antistatic high-pressure water line [25] and high-pressure water pump [36] to the clean water tank [34]. On the trolley [1] is mounted suction device [13] to pump out the processed water [10], which is connected through the pump [33] to the processed water tank [35]. The trolley [1 ] is equipped with four elastic limiting bumpers [2]. The washing head [5] contains the body [37] with nozzle holder [38] connected on swivel to it, with four sprinkling nozzles [39], whereas the body [37] and the nozzle holder [38] can rotate at 360° in two different perpendicular planes. The trolley [1] may move independently forward and backward and, by locking one, two or three transmission wheels [18], may turn and even rotate at 360°.</p> |
