In the present invention, disclosed are a toner including a toner mother particle including an anionic antistatic agent; and a positive ionic polymer layer which is partially attached to the toner mother particle to surround the toner mother particle wherein the positive ionic polymer layer includes at least one coupling layer which has positive ionic polymer moieties whose are chemically coupled to each other, and a glutaraldehyde (GA) moiety; and a positive ionic polymer containing an amine group which is adsorbed to the coupling layer to surround the coupling layer, and a manufacturing method thereof.
