<p>The present invention relates to a fabric comprising a C-type composite fiber and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the C-type composite fiber constituting a fabric retains excellent strength and thus a hollow is not destroyed during the fabric manufacturing process. Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture a fabric having improved mechanical properties to fully express heat-retaining properties and lightweight properties and having excellent elongation which leads to an improved flexibility. In addition, the C-type composite fabric constituting the fabric has a ratio of a cross-sectional area of a core unit, which is significantly increased in comparison with that of a core unit of a conventional composite fabric, thus heat-retaining properties, lightweight properties and the like of the fabric can be maximized. The C-type composite fabric constituting the fabric, which satisfies particular conditions of the present invention, has a significantly increased ratio of the cross-sectional area of the core unit in comparison with that of a conventional composite fabric, and has excellent strength and elongation at the same time. Accordingly, even if the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the core unit is increased, an elution speed can be simultaneously increased in a reduction process, so a dyeing defect and a hollow reduction, arising from a time reduction of the reduction process for fabrics and from a non-uniform elution do not occur. Therefore, provided are the fabric comprising the C-type composite fabric having excellent fabric quality, and a manufacturing method thereof.</p> |
