<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor with low ESR without reducing electrostatic capacitance, and to provide the solid electrolytic capacitor with large electrostatic capacitance and lower ESR. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The solid electrolytic capacitor is constituted by using as a solid electrolyte a conductive polymer composed by chemical oxidation polymerization using as a monomer at least one selected from a group consisting of methylated ethylenedioxythiophene with a rotatory power ratio of +five or more and ethylated ethylenedioxythiophene with a rotatory power ratio of +five or more. (2) The solid electrolytic capacitor is constituted by using as a solid electrolyte a conductive polymer composed by chemical oxidation polymerization using as a monomer at least one selected from a group consisting of methylated ethylenedioxythiophene with a rotatory power ratio of +five or more and ethylated ethylenedioxythiophene with a rotatory power ratio of +five or more together with ethylenedioxythiophene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
