<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves unit which can be easily installed at eaves of a building while reliably securing air permeability and a waterproof structure and can be installed without using an arris fillet. <P>SOLUTION: An eaves unit which is mounted at eaves of a building body 1 and to which an eaves gutter 42 can be post-fitted comprises at least: a fascia member 22; a plurality of eaves unit mounting members 23 for fixing the eaves unit to a building skeleton; a plurality of gutter bracket members 25 in which the eaves gutter 42 can be supported; and a draining material 27 which covers a surface of the fascia member 22 opposed to its building outdoor side surface from an upper side. On the outdoor-side surface of the fascia member 22, ribs are provided in which at least one vent hole is formed and which are formed to cover an outdoor side of the vent hole. A ventilation opening is formed between the surface of the fascia member 22 at an outdoor side of the building body 1 and the ribs. A side surface covering part 27a and an upper surface covering part 27b of the draining material 27 are disposed at such positions as to cover the vent hole from the upper side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
