The invention relates to: a polycarbonate resin composition which is a polycarbonate resin composition (X) including a polycarbonate resin (A) that contains structural units (a) derived from a dihydroxy compound having the portion represented by the following general formula (1) as part of the structure thereof and an aromatic polycarbonate resin (B), and in which the content of the aromatic polycarbonate resin (B) is 30% by weight or higher based on the polycarbonate resin composition (X); and a molded article obtained from the composition.
