<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a box using a gold sheet or a sliver sheet. The method comprises: a preprinting process of printing a film to be printed to inject a color paint to a paper base material using a mesh by a silk screen printing method to form a pattern printing layer and injecting the paint using the mesh as a screen plate to proceed a printing procedure and putting a printed gold and silver sheet into a UV printer printing an object on aluminum or glass plastic and processing the printed gold and silver sheet; a special process of UV coating with an ink solution and performing an etching process; and a post-process of adding a corrugated board to the gold and silver sheet to be strengthened and fixating the printed materials with glue to manufacture a packaging box. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving productivity or reducing costs.</p> |
