The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode display device which includes the steps of: manufacturing an array substrate with an organic light emitting diode on a flexible substrate; spraying either a first part or a second part comprising a two-part adhesive on the array substrate; spraying the other part of the first part and the second part comprising the two-part adhesive on a barrier film; and bonding the array substrate to the barrier film to mix the first part with the second part.
