RUNNING CUTTER FOR SHEET ROLL FORMING SYSTEM

Disclosed is a running cutter for a sheet roll forming device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the running cutter is formed in the front of a roll former unit comprising a multistep roll former in order to execute multistep roll forming on sheet materials by cutting a coil material panel into the sheet materials and then supplying the materials to the roll former unit. The running cutter includes a synchronizing unit having a slide base installed to move along a rail installed on a base of a process line, and making the slide base move forward or backward in a process direction according to a process speed by the operation of a synchronizing motor formed in a side of the base; a cutting unit supplying the sheet materials as upper and lower cutting molds cut the coil material panel by the operation of a blanking cylinder formed on an upper plate of a guide rod on the slide base; a front guide unit formed in a front side of the slide base to guide the supplied coil material panel; and a slide guider having both ends connected between the slide base and the roll former to allow a 3-step slide plate, separated and inserted depending on the synchronized movement of the slide base, to guide the cut sheet materials to the roll former unit.
