The present invention relates to an apparatus for providing a danger elimination service, more specifically, to an apparatus for providing a danger elimination service in real time and a method thereof. The apparatus providing a danger elimination service according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an inference unit which compares data about the surrounding situation acquired through the sensor and data corresponding to a pre-built dangerous situation to determine the dangerous situation; a matching unit which matches a service corresponding to the dangerous situation determined in the inference unit based on at least one among user profile information pre-set by the user and service profile information; and a service reply unit which provides the matched service.
