发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR WORK HARDENABLE METALLIC GLASS MATRIX COMPOSITE
摘要 The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a hardenable metallic glass matrix composite in which elongation is improved when compared to a metallic glass, and the method comprises: a mixing step of mixing metallic glass powder and crystalline glass powder which performs a shape memory behavior or a superelastic behavior; and a sintering step of sintering the mixed powder in a supercooled liquid region of the metallic glass powder. The method to manufacture the composite by the present invention has the effect of being capable of introducing, in a dispersed phase, a crystalline alloy which performs the shape memory behavior or the superelastic behavior regardless of the composition of the metallic glass, because the method is not influenced at all by the composition of the metallic glass to compose a matrix and composition of a crystalline alloy to compose a dispersed phase, by manufacturing a composite through a method of sintering the metallic glass powder and the crystalline alloy powder. In addition, the composite manufactured therefrom has the function to primarily block an electromagnetic wave of a shear band at the metallic glass matrix by a crystalline dispersed phase which performs the shape memory behavior or the superelastic behavior, and has the effect of greatly improving elongation of a metallic glass matrix material by giving an effect similar to a strain hardening to the metallic glass matrix by generating the strain hardening, by preventing a concentration of stress by forming several shear bands through an interaction of the metallic glass matrix and the dispersed phase after generating a phase change among the modifications.
