The present invention relates to an Al-based bulk metallic glass in which a metallic formation is improved, which is expressed as an empirical formula of AlTMxMMz (0<x<=10, 0<z<=10), wherein TM is at least two-class element selected from Fe, Ni, Co and Cu, and MM is a misch metal. In addition, the present invention relates to a conductive paste composition including a metal particle for forming an electrode on a substrate, wherein the Al-based bulk metallic glass of the empirical formula is used instead of a glass frit. The present invention has the effect of being capable of providing an Al-based bulk metallic glass system of which the metallic formation is excellent, by applying two transition metals and misch metals or more. In addition, by using the Al-based bulk metallic glass instead of the glass frit, the conductive paste composition of which an electric property is improved, is provided. |
