The present invention relates to a composite fiber assembly for heat exchange elements and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, a composite fiber assembly, which is made by introducing hydrophilic fibers to melt-blowing fibers with bulky property, thereby implementing water vapor transmission and air permeability at the same time, a manufacturing method thereof and a heat exchange element including the same.
