Disclosed are a pattern roll and a printer including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pattern roll includes: a pattern sheet wherein a printing pattern is formed on the outer side; and a pattern roll main body on which the pattern sheet is wound and on the outer circumference of which a plurality of adsorption holes is formed to absorb the pattern sheet in order to form an uneven pattern groove on a resist on a substrate by using the pattern sheet.
