Provided is a jack-up rig capable of allowing a separate device to fixate legs to be omitted by vertically moving the legs with less driving force and fixating the legs. The jack-up rig comprises: a hull; a plurality of legs installed in the hull to vertically move; and a lifting device installed in the hull to vertically move the legs. The lifting device includes: a worm rotated by power provided by an outer driving source, having a screw thread along a circumferential surface; worm gears arranged on a rotating shaft of the worm in an orthogonal direction having gears on a surface thereof to be engaged and rotated with the worm; and racks installed in a side surface of the legs in a longitudinal direction having gears engaged with the worm gears. |
