The present invention relates to a coating composition for non-gloss decorative sheets, non-gloss decorative sheets including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the non-gloss decorative sheets have attractive and beautiful appearance unlike high gloss products and use PET material-made substrate films, thereby being eco-friendly, while having good physical properties on surfaces like elongation, hardness, contamination resistance and fingerprint resistance, thereby enabling to form a three-dimensional membrane.
