The present invention relates to an optical member and a lighting device using the same, capable of implementing a light image of a desired shape by designing a pattern. The optical member includes a base material and a plurality of patterns which include inclined surfaces which are successively arranged on a first side of the base material and have tilt angles with regard to the first side. The patterns form a line shaped beam of a first path which is orthogonal to the pattern extension directions of the patterns by inducing first incident light in a first side direction which the first side faces or a second side direction which a second side of the base material opposite to the first side faces by the refraction or reflection of the first incident light on the inclined surfaces.
