In the present invention, provided are a manifold header, which is improved to uniformly distribute fuel of gas of fuel cells to each manifold, and a fuel cell including the same wherein the manifold header comprises a main body part connected to the manifold of the fuel cell having an inlet hole or an outlet hole formed on one side for supplying or discharging fuel or oxidizing agents to supply or discharge fuel or oxidizing agents; a fuel supplying part installed in the main body to receive fuel; a branch part having a plurality branch pipes connected to the fuel supplying part so that the fuel from the fuel supplying part is moved into the entrance of the manifold and is supplied; an expandable part connected to a gap between the fuel supplying part the branch part to expand the supplying path of fuel; and a path controlling part installed in the expandable part in a width direction to control the passing path of the fuel.
