The present invention relates to a forming device for a brake pad friction material, which is brake pad forming device pressing and forming friction material powder used in a brake pad on a back plate, comprises: a lifting frame (210) wherein a rack gear (212) and a transfer rail (213) are provided on an upper surface; a friction material filling device (220) wherein a transfer hopper (224) is formed on an upper surface of a transfer frame (221); and a storing hopper (230) supplying friction material powder to the transfer hopper (224) of the friction material filling device (220) after storing the friction material powder. The present invention relates to a forming device for a brake pad friction material, which enables a process wherein friction material powder is filled in mold cavity to be automatically and continuously performed to maximize efficiency of production and further, minimize an error rate and reduce production costs. |
