The present invention relates to a testing device for an elevator winding machine including: an actuator installed in a supporting fixture in a testing site; an elevated block elevated by the actuator; a pair of sheaves for tests mounted on the elevated block to be able to rotate by touching sheaves of an elevator winding machine; and a rotation preventing means which is mounted on the elevated block and prepared to prevent the sheaves for tests from rotating.
