<p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling the volume which controls the volume of each electronic device in consideration of a user′s surrounding circumstance. According to the present invention, the method for controlling the volume of an electronic device in consideration of the user′s surrounding circumstance comprises: a step of checking a noise level of surroundings; a step of monitoring whether a volume change of the electronic device occurs by a user if the noise level is changed; a step of checking a volume change value of a certain electronic device if the user controls the volume of the certain electronic device; a step of producing volume control reference data including the volume change value as an offset; and a step of controlling the volume of each other electronic device based on the volume control reference data.</p> |
