<p>According to the present invention, a high frequency switch comprises: a common port transceiving a high frequency signal; a first switch unit having first switch elements connected with each other in series and opening or blocking a signal transfer route between the common port and a first port inputting and outputting the high frequency signal; a second switch unit having second switch elements connected with each other in series and opening or blocking a signal transfer route between the common port and a second port inputting and outputting the high frequency signal; a negative pressure generating unit detecting the high frequency signal from the common port and generating a negative pressure by rectifying the detected high frequency signal; and a logic circuit unit controlling switching operations of the first and second switch units by using a positive voltage provided from the outside and the negative pressure provided from the negative pressure generating unit.</p>
