<p>The present invention relates to a color filter array, an image sensor including the same, and a display device including the same. In the color filter array, each color filter has a higher refractive index than those of other color filters in a wavelength of light of their own color, thereby reducing diffraction in the wavelength of light of their own color respectively. In the case of applying the color filter array to an image sensor, a crosstalk between pixels may be reduced. In the case of applying the color filter array to a display device, a clear picture may be realized.</p> |
