<p>The present invention relates to a salt block composition having scale inhibiting effects and a manufacturing method thereof, which is applied to a softener or feed and, more specifically, to a composition comprising 20-95 parts by weight of salt and 5-80 parts by weight of a phosphate binder, which comprises: a raw material mixing step for mixing 20-95 parts by weight of salt and 5-80 parts by weight of a phosphate binder; a refined water mixing step for mixing and kneading 2-30 parts by weight of refined water with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mixture manufactured through the raw material mixing step; a molding step for molding the mixture with refined water mixed through the refined water mixing step; and a drying step for drying the mixture molded through the molding step. A salt block manufactured through the steps is manufactured to a block through binder contents instead of a pressure press method, thus having low manufacturing costs without a pretreatment process of salt, excellent impact resistance, and scale inhibiting effects.</p> |
