<p>The present invention relates to an inside skin welding equipment for a storage vessel. The inside skin welding equipment for a storage vessel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: base plate; a circular fixing rod which is installed at an upper portion of the base plate, whose upper portion is open, and in which a cylindrical storage vessel is vertically arranged; a frame which consists of a pair of vertical bars which are installed at an upper portion of the base plate across the circular fixing rod, and a horizontal bar for connecting an upper portion of the vertical bar; a vertical cylinder which is installed at the horizontal bar; a circular inside skin welding unit which is installed at the vertical piston of the vertical cylinder to elevate and descend, and has horizontal cylinder blocks partitioned in equal intervals, wherein the horizontal cylinder blocks having compressing panels are arranged at the vertical piston of the vertical cylinder so the compressing panels can be moved frontward and reward to weld a circular inside skin on a storage vessel; a circular pressurizing unit which is installed at a lower portion of the circular inside skin welding unit to elevate and descend, and stores and tightly attaches the circular inside skin within the storage vessel; and a heater which couples an upper end of the circular inside skin to an upper portion of the storage vessel through heating. Therefore, an inside skin can be provided with being welded onto a cylindrical storage vessel required in the field, and operations of storing and packing liquid material in the cylindrical storage vessel can thus be easily implemented.</p> |
