<p>A switching circuit according to the present invention includes a switch circuit unit which includes a first transistor and a second transistor which are serially connected and supplies a first control signal to a control terminal of the second transistor, and an inverter part which is connected between the control terminal of the first transistor and a first terminal of the first transistor. The inverter part maintains a gate-source voltage level of the first transistor below a threshold voltage level of the first transistor by receiving a second control signal. The level of the first control signal is complementary to the level of the second control signal.</p>
