MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR IRON-BASED POWDER USING FLUIDIZED REDUCTION FURNACE

A method for manufacturing iron-based powders is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing iron-based powders includes: a step of setting carbon content in molten steel; a step of manufacturing the molten steel with the set carbon content into iron powders through a water jet process; and a step of reducing an oxidized layer formed on surfaces of iron powders through a self-reduction through surface diffusion caused by carbon in the iron powders and a reduction caused by hydrogen in the fluidized reduction furnace after increasing the content of H_2O in the fluidized reduction furnace while the iron powders are inserted into the fluidized reduction furnace.
