Disclosed are a building control method using a network map and a system thereof in the present invention. If a building control server receives control target information to select a control target control point from a user on the network map, where a connection route of at least one or more neighboring control points, which are directly connected to a central control point or connected via at least one or more other neighboring control points, is weighted, the building control server figures out a control point which satisfies a relation level or a weighting included in the control target information on the network map, and transfers a control command. |
