The present invention relates to a physical exercise tutoring method using a robot which performs actions according to the sequence of actions of a physical exercise. The method comprises: a step in which a robot determines whether user information exists or not through recognition of a user through a camera; a step in which, if the user information is determined to exist, a robot generates an action plan to perform actions of a physical exercise by analyzing information on interaction experiences with a user; and a step in which a robot sets a goal necessary for interaction with a user and performs actions of a physical exercise according to an action plan until the goal is achieved.
