The present invention relates to an excavator bucket rotation device comprising: a rotary cylinder of which one end is coupled to an upper part of an arm by a first pin to be capable of relative rotation with regard to the arm; a first link of which one end is rotatably coupled to a rod of the rotary cylinder by a second pin, and of which the other end is rotatably coupled to a bucket by a third pin; second links formed on each of both sides of the first link, wherein one end of the second link is rotatably coupled by the second pin to couple the first link; a rotary bracket coupled and fixed on a lower part of the arm, wherein a rotation hole which is penetrated is formed therein; and a fourth pin to couple the other end of the second link by penetrating the rotation hole so that the other end of the second link can be relatively rotated with regard to the rotary bracket, when the other end of the second link is coupled to the rotary bracket. The other end of the second link to support and guide the first link is connected through the fourth pin to the rotary bracket coupled to the lower part of the arm, by which the rotary cylinder allows a gap between the first link and the second link to be opened by increasing the angle of the gap between the first link and the second link, compared to a conventional art, and minimizes power consumed to push the first link at the same time, so energy usage efficiency can be increased, and further, damage to the links or destruction of the links is minimized by the use of low power of the rotary cylinder to extend the lifetime of a device. In addition, the rotary bracket coupled to the lower part of the arm is coupled and fixed through a fixing frame and a fixing means, so structural stability of the device can be reinforced. |
