Provided is a method of cleaning contaminated soils using regulation of the size of air bubbles due to changes in the amount of air, which comprises: a surface pulverizing step which pulverizes contaminated soils by mixing the contaminated soils with water and passing the mixture through a pulverizer to separate pollutants from the soils; and a floating selective removal step which injects air into the mixture passed through the pulverizer to generate air bubbles and removes only the air bubbles generated to remove pollutants contained in the air bubbles.
