<p>The present invention relates to an exercise machine having a self-power generator, which comprises: a support frame; a power generation operating unit connected to an exercise input unit which is coupled to the support frame, and receiving external force through an exercise of a user, and a power transmission unit for transmitting kinetic energy of the external force inputted through the exercise input unit, and generating electric energy; a charging unit for charging the electric energy generated in a generator of the power generation operating unit; an exercise load adjusting unit having a load selector in order to adjust the intensity of the electric energy charged to the charging unit; and a starting load control unit having a delay unit for delaying, for a predetermined time, a signal generated when the generator of the power generation operating unit is operated, and then outputting the same as a first switching signal, having a first switch unit operated according to the first switching signal in order to output the same as a second switching signal, and having a second switch unit operated according to the second switching signal in order to input the electric energy to the exercise load adjusting unit.</p> |
