摘要 According to the present invention, a hydrocarbon-based polymer electrolyte membrane is prepared through simple and short crosslinking reaction at room temperature by mixing diol crosslinking agent mixture and hydrocarbon-based polymer electrolyte membrane at an optimal ratio and irradiating the mixture with radiation. The hydrocarbon-based polymer electrolyte membrane exhibits high gelling and moisture absorbing rates, and is usable at a high temperature not less than 180°C; and also exhibits high hydrogen ion conductivity through superior thermal stability and curability to be employed usefully in polymer electrolyte layers such as ion exchange or fuel cell membranes.
