The present invention relates to a porous outflow pipe for osmosis and an osmosis module having the same. More specifically, by continuously supplying an inducing solution toward a separation film by forming three flow passages to prevent mutually different fluids from being mixed and to be moved by arranging partitions in a longitudinal direction inside a central pipe, the present invention enables to prevent a reduction of a performance of a pressure-retarded osmosis membrane (PRO) though a plurality of modules are directly connected. According to the present invention, the porous outflow pipe that multiple separation films are spirally wound comprises: a hollow pipe having a first through hole and a second through hole penetrated through in a longitudinal direction on one side; and at least one partition for dividing the inside of the hollow pipe into a first flow passage, a second flow passage, and a third flow passage to prevent the different fluids from being mixed and to be moved as being arranged in a longitudinal direction inside the hollow pipe.
