The present invention relates to generation of mesh-up service for generating and providing a new service by combining services providing an open API. According to an aspect of the present invention, an automatic mesh-up system employing an open API update includes: a resource history unit that searches a mesh-up block to be updated with changes among the mesh-up blocks being managed if receiving notification that changes occur in an open API specification from a service specification registry wherein a service provider, who provides the open API, registers open API specification; a resources management unit that searches a substitute mesh-up block to substitute a searched mesh-up block or modifies the searched mesh-up block according to the open API specification with changes, substitutes the searched mesh-up block with the substitute mesh-up block or the modified mesh-up block, and generates a mesh-up projects to which the API specification with the changes is reflected; and an authoring engine unit which generates a code by using the mesh-up project.
