The present invention relates to a mixer of a positive electrode material for a secondary battery, which comprises: a positive charge electric charging chamber for electrical charging a charged first material to a positive charge; a negative charge electric charging chamber for electrical charging a charged second material to a negative charge; and a mixing chamber for mixing positive electrode raw materials for the secondary battery comprising the first material charged to a positive charge and the second material charged to a negative charge. In addition, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a positive electrode material for a secondary battery, a positive electrode material for a secondary battery manufactured by the manufacturing method, and a secondary battery comprising the positive electrode material for a secondary battery.
