Provided is a hybrid laser diode performing a single transverse mode, a single longitudinal mode, and a high output oscillation. The semiconductor laser diode according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an amplification region which oscillates light, a guiding region which guides the light for securing the single transverse mode, and a diffraction lattice region which selects the specific wavelength of the light by using a diffraction lattice on both sides of the guiding region for securing the single longitudinal mode. Thereby, the present invention satisfies two of a high light output and a single light mode required in a current semiconductor laser at the same time and improves the quality of a beam in comparison with a basic beam. |
