The present invention relates to a filter cartridge and a method of manufacturing the filter, and more specifically, to a filter cartridge which exhibits superior efficiency in removing bacteria, microbes, and virus. Also, provided is a filter cartridge which can resolve concerns related to bacteria growth inside a core and to a decrease in usage period due to the bacteria growth while maintaining flow rate at a high level. The filter cartridge may comprise: an antivirus nonwoven fabric which contains a substrate layer and an amine-based coating layer; and an antibacterial core, wherein the substrate layer comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polyester, nylon, and cellulose, and the antivirus nonwoven fabric is single-layered or multiple-layered. |
