The present invention relates to a power transmission system of a hybrid electric vehicle, and more specifically, to a power transmission system of a hybrid electric vehicle, which provides enough power performance in WOT (Wide Open Throttle) takeoff, inhibits conversion into an ENG mode, and can utilize power of an engine when converting a first HEV mode and a third HEV mode. The power transmission system of a hybrid electric vehicle comprises: an input axis; an output axis; a first, a second, and a third planet gear; rotational axises; and three sliding elements selectively connecting each rotational axis, or selectively connecting each rotational axis and a transmission housing. |
