摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a heating pipe system using a sensor capable of informing a consumer through a device, such as a room controller or an application, when detected that a variation flow rate or pressure difference is greater than a predetermined value by installing a flow sensor or a differential pressure sensor in a return pipe of heating pipes, measuring the initial flow rate, and comparing the initial flow rate with a flow rate after predetermined hours according to time of use, and to a control method of a heating pipe using the same. The heating pipe system comprises: a heat source device which heats the hot water of the return pipe according to a control signal and resupplies the heated hot water to a supply pipe; a sensor installed between the return pipe and the heat source device to measure a flow rate or a pressure difference of the return pipe; a control unit controlling the heat source device by receiving the pressure difference or the flow rate transferred from the sensor; a display unit displaying the data transferred from the control unit; and various devices which are connected with the control unit in a wired or wireless manner, receive a cleaning warning signal, and warn a user.</p>
