The present invention provides a magnesium manufacturing apparatus to boost a thermal reduction reaction by increasing heat flux inside a reaction pipe and to allow the extraction of magnesium crown and the discharge of slag in a vacuum in order to improve the production efficiency of magnesium. The magnesium manufacturing apparatus includes: the reaction pipe made of a dual structure of inner and outer pipes, wherein a magnesium briquette is charged in a space between the inner and outer pipes; a heating furnace provided outside the reaction pipe to heat the reaction pipe to a reaction temperature of the magnesium briquette; and a heating tube inserted into the inner pipe to supply heat to the magnesium briquette.
