The present invention provides a lens actuating device having a simple structure and stable performance, wherein the lens actuating device uses a lower elastic member and a guide ball except for a hall sensor. To achieve this, a second yoke is disposed between the outer circumference of a lens holder and an actuating coil fixated to the outer circumference of the lens holder, wherein the guide ball is accepted in a space between two guide parts protruding from the top of the lens holder and two corners placed at a joint of a cover member facing the guide parts. Therefore, the lens actuating device reduces the number of components and has a simple structure, thereby simplifying the assembly process and reducing component costs. |
