<p>Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing a multistage stator nozzle type meta-aramid fibril. The present invention comprises: an outer casing having a dope supply groove, which supplies a meta-aramid composition, and a discharge groove, which discharges fibrilized meta-aramid outside; a pair of stators fixedly installed inside the outer casing by forming a plurality of nozzle grooves which guide to discharge the meta-armid composition supplied from the dope supply groove; a rotor separately arranged between the stator for a certain interval, respectively having cutting blades on both sides facing the nozzle grooves, and arranged to be rotatable inside the outer casing by a rotation driving force of a motor; and a shaft support portion installed on a blocking plate which seals an aperture portion of one side of the outer casing, and supporting the rotation driving shaft of a certain length which penetrates through the stators to be connected to the rotor. The meta-aramid composition, consolidated by a counteractive agent which is supplied to a space between both sides of the stators and the rotor through the nozzle grooves of the stators and supplied inside the outer casing, is fibrilized by being ground by a friction force between the stators and the rotor. The fibrilized meta-armid is discharged outside through the discharge groove.</p> |
