An apparatus of refining molten steel is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus of refining molten steel comprises: a ladle accommodating molten steel; a vessel receiving the molten steel accommodated in the ladle and refining the molten steel; an ascending pipe formed on the vessel to move the molten steel accommodated in the ladle to the vessel; and a descending pipe formed on the vessel to discharge the molten steel moved to the vessel to the ladle and having a relatively larger inner diameter than that of the ascending pipe.
